- 02For our main services, we provide: Routine/Recurring Cleaning (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly) Deep Cleaning (First time visits) Moving Cleaning Post-Construction Cleaning Rental Cleaning Commercial Cleaning
- 03We provide Common Extra Services for an additional charge such as: (Items listed below are included in Deep, Moving, and Post Construction Cleanings) Interior Appliances Interior Windows Interior Cabinets and Shelves (Items listed below are optional extras) Dishes Vent Cleaning Sweep Exterior Patio Scrub Garage Floor Organize pantry, closets, etc. Wipe down book shelves and individual books We also provide Premium Services such as: Exterior Window Cleaning Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning Tile and Grout Cleaning
- 04Yes, we do. In our Deep and Moving cleanings, we include the inside oven and refrigerator as part of the service. However, in Routine cleanings that would be an add-on service for an additional charge. Let us know in advance if you'd like these included.
- 05Our priority is detailed house cleaning. We do not handle laundry because it varies so much in volume and timing, it can take away from the quality we aim to deliver. Dishes can vary in volume as well, but we typically wash a small amount to keep the sink fresh and presentable. If there is a large number of dishes, it becomes an add-on service.
- 06Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, please let us know in advance.
- 07Absolutely. Our team members are fully insured, professionally trained, and undergo thorough background checks before joining CJJY Cleaning Services.
- 08We appreciate referrals! You can refer a friend by sharing our name and contact info with them. You can ask us for our business cards, share our website, and check us out on multiple social media platforms. You can also send us their information and we'd be happy to spark up a conversation with them.
- 09To prepare your home for a cleaning service, please ensure that personal items and clutter are picked up, and any fragile or valuable items are secured. This allows our team to focus on providing a thorough cleaning service.
